Cancellations are a normal part of life, I just ask that you give me a minimum of 24hrs notice. I’ll agree to do the same for you.

I reserve the right to charge full session fees for cancellations or rescheduled sessions within 24hrs of the scheduled time.

If it’s an event that would benefit from a professional, objective, and process-oriented facilitator, I’m your guy. I’ve facilitated just about any type of professional meeting or event, including:

I prefer to work with each client individually to design content and other aspects of each event, and do have the ability to introduce or connect clients with various event planning services - including catering, personal chefs, entertainment, and more.

I am available for on-site or virtual facilitation - having deep knowledge and practice of creating authentic and connective experiences either in-person or online.

Travel and associated costs are the responsibility of the client.

I work individually with each client to fit our engagement within budget. Standard rates for services include:

• Individual Coaching: 6mo minimum commitment

• Facilitation + Events: $5,000/day, excluding travel

• Leadership Forums: $3,500/10-mo virtual session

• Consulting: Rate varies based on project scope, $8,000 minimum

I offer a one-time, 100% money-back guarantee for all new individual clients and forum members, redeemable after the first session only. After that, there are no refunds of any kind.

I strongly prefer online payment, and send invoices which can be paid via credit, debit, or ACH transfer.

Billing timing varies by client and scope of engagement, but typically coaching sessions are either billed monthly (at the end of the month) or in pre-purchased blocks of time, to be used at the client’s discretion.
