Coaching
My Approach
As a professional coach, my purpose is to enable you to achieve your highest level of success… whatever that may mean. My job is to meet you where you are, understand your motivations and core behaviors, and provide you the tools to become an even better leader than you already are. Coaching engagements typically follow a simple structure:
A no-obligation intro call, where we can get to know each other a bit and assess chemistry and potential.
A full-body-yes and commitment from both of us for a 3mo-6mo initial engagement, which includes:
personality assessment and analysis (typically the Enneagram) and/or 360 interviews in your workplace.
monthly or bi-weekly 60-min coaching sessions, virtually or in-person as available.
availability for urgent or on-call coaching as needed.
Coaching sessions typically include:
a personal and professional check-in and recap.
checkins on any long-term goals we’ve agreed to work on.
processing of high-impact or high-urgency issues.
introduction and/or integration of conscious leadership principles.
Why Coaching?
“Coaching leads to engaged and satisfied leaders, increasing individual effectiveness. Effective leaders create a multiplier effect, increasing organizational outcomes.” - The Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard
“Executive coaching generally leads to a moderate-to-large amount of improvement in the coachees’ skill and/or performance ratings” - American Psychological Association
Professional coaching almost doubles a leader’s progression towards—and commitment to—their goals. - University of Sydney
Individuals
One-on-one coaching allows leaders and executives to engage in a direct, confidential, and intensive conversation designed to foster increased awareness, self-discovery and improved leadership ability.
Individual coaching typically begins with a three- or six-month engagement with regular meetings and calls. However, each engagement is customized to meet the specific goals and needs of each client.
Teams
A step above individual coaching, we offer the ability for leadership teams to engage in a group environment.
Team coaching focuses on the context surrounding daily interactions and issues, often improving the root causes within the team dynamic which can lead to conflict, miscommunication or erosion of trust - common factors in the drama that can lead to losses of productivity and successful growth.
